Where we are

This page describes our location and how to get to Oxton & Channelkirk.

Oxton and Channelkirk lie at the north-east corner of the Scottish Borders. We are approximately 22 miles south-east of Edinburgh and 5 miles north of Lauder.

The A68 passes close to the community just north of the Carfraemill roundabout (where the A697 joins the A68).

Oxton and Channelkirk are both to the west of the A68, with Channelkirk lying approximately 1.5 mile north-west of Oxton.

Buses

The 51 and 52 buses, operated by Munro's of Jeburgh, link Oxton to the border towns and Edinburgh. The Munro's site provides timetables.
